HYGIENE & STERILISATION

In Gili Trawangan, proper sterilisation isn’t always the standard, but for us it’s non-negotiable.

Every tool goes through a multi step cleaning procedure and is thoroughly disinfected then sterilised to ensure you receive the safest care.

Policies

Arrival: Please be on time for your appointment. We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, any longer may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Cancellations: We appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Repairs: Any lifting or damage to your nails within 7 days of your appointment is eligible for a repair free of charge.

Health & safety: We reserve the right to decline or postpone a service where there is a visible nail or skin condition, infection, open wound or other concern that may make treatment unsuitable.
